High altitude, high expectations
About a month before Aspen Watch Week, ZENITH asked us for something guests would remember. We rolled in our highest-tier branded cart: fully wrapped on all sides, an overhead sign, custom printed cups, a custom menu, and the ZENITH logo printed on every latte.
That's the level Aspen expects, and it's how we cater weddings, activations and retreats across Aspen and Snowmass — from Hotel Jerome and The Little Nell to T-Lazy-7 Ranch and private estates. We've also poured for Goop and the Aspen Literary Festival in town.
Our espresso systems are mobile and set up almost anywhere with a flat 5×5 space and an outlet, so remote venues aren't a problem — in any season.

Do you travel to Aspen and Snowmass?
Yes. We regularly cater weddings, activations and retreats in Aspen and Snowmass. Travel is quoted based on your event details — share them in the form.
Can you build a fully branded cart for an activation?
Yes. For ZENITH at Aspen Watch Week we wrapped the cart on all sides, added an overhead sign, printed cups and a custom menu, and printed the logo on every latte.
How much does a coffee cart cost?
It depends on your service window, guest count, location and any customizations like logo printing or a wrapped cart. Tell us about your event in the form on this page and a real person sends your quote — usually within the hour, always within one business day.
What do you need from the venue?
A dedicated standard 3-prong outlet and a relatively flat 5×5 space. That's it — no kitchen or water source required, and we bring the extension cords.
What drinks are included?
Every event gets a full espresso menu, hot or iced: americanos, lattes and cappuccinos with vanilla, chocolate and a seasonal syrup, plus decaf, chai and matcha at no extra cost. Milks are organic whole, almond and oat.
How far ahead should we book?
Weddings, conferences and peak-season dates often book several months out, so earlier is better. Last-minute events are welcome too — ask and we'll check the calendar.
