A coffee bar that goes where your event is
A mobile coffee bar puts a working café inside your venue: espresso machine, grinder, milks, syrups and a barista who knows how to use them. Guests order handcrafted espresso drinks, cold brew, chai or matcha, and watch them get made.
Our mobile coffee carts are fully self-contained. They need a standard outlet and a 5×5 space — no water hookup, no kitchen — so they roll into ballrooms, office lobbies, retail floors, barns and mountain decks alike.
Coffee bar ideas for a party? Add hot chocolate for the kids, espresso mocktinis for the evening, or a draft tap cart with nitro cold brew and iced matcha for a high-volume crowd.

How much does a coffee cart cost?
It depends on your service window, guest count, location and any customizations like logo printing or a wrapped cart. Tell us about your event in the form on this page and a real person sends your quote — usually within the hour, always within one business day.
What do you need from the venue?
A dedicated standard 3-prong outlet and a relatively flat 5×5 space. That's it — no kitchen or water source required, and we bring the extension cords.
What drinks are included?
Every event gets a full espresso menu, hot or iced: americanos, lattes and cappuccinos with vanilla, chocolate and a seasonal syrup, plus decaf, chai and matcha at no extra cost. Milks are organic whole, almond and oat.
How much coffee do we need for 50 or 100 guests?
You don't have to do that math. Drinks are unlimited during your service window — no counting cups — and we staff baristas and carts to your guest count, from 20 people to 2,000.
Can you put our logo on the drinks?
Yes — logo latte printing is one of our most popular add-ons. We can also do custom menus, signage, printed cups and fully wrapped carts, so the whole bar matches your brand or your wedding.
How far do you travel?
Our typical service area is anywhere within about 100 miles of Denver — the Front Range, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs and mountain towns like Aspen, Vail and Breckenridge. We've served as far as Manhattan.
