Espresso at 8,000 feet
We serve the whole Vail Valley — Vail Village and Lionshead, Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards. Couples book us for weddings at Piney River Ranch, Donovan Pavilion, the Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, and for private chalet weddings in Beaver Creek.
Companies book us for ski retreats and off-sites: morning mixers, workshop fuel and closing celebrations. Brands book us at the base of the mountain, with printed cups and logo lattes — we've poured branded coffee right at the Beaver Creek arch.
The cart needs a flat 5×5 space and an outlet, so it works on a slope-side deck, in a hotel ballroom or in a chalet great room. Add hot chocolate for a winter crowd.

Yes — we serve all of the Vail Valley and surrounding areas, including Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards. Travel is quoted based on your event details.
Can you cater a ski retreat or corporate off-site?
Yes. We run morning mixers, workshop coffee and closing celebrations for off-sites, and can add hot chocolate for winter groups.
How much does a coffee cart cost?
It depends on your service window, guest count, location and any customizations like logo printing or a wrapped cart. Tell us about your event in the form on this page and a real person sends your quote — usually within the hour, always within one business day.
What do you need from the venue?
A dedicated standard 3-prong outlet and a relatively flat 5×5 space. That's it — no kitchen or water source required, and we bring the extension cords.
What drinks are included?
Every event gets a full espresso menu, hot or iced: americanos, lattes and cappuccinos with vanilla, chocolate and a seasonal syrup, plus decaf, chai and matcha at no extra cost. Milks are organic whole, almond and oat.
How far ahead should we book?
Weddings, conferences and peak-season dates often book several months out, so earlier is better. Last-minute events are welcome too — ask and we'll check the calendar.
